From the beginning, Bill was very professional and upbeat. He listened well to what I wanted to accomplish, made suggestions when asked and was very accommodating about the many small changes I made over the two months we were in discussion. Never made me feel bad for making the changes and always sent an updated proposal with the changes right after. Once the final plan was in place, work was scheduled promptly and completed on time. The crew who came (2 guys) was also very professional and friendly. Listened and responded to my questions or concerns and relayed my request for staking the tree to a supervisor who came the next day to take care of it. They did careful, neat work and went the extra mile to clean up everything (even my patio which wasn’t even disturbed) before they left. It looks beautiful, especially the tree and can’t wait to see them fill out next season!
